Williams & Family Community Outreach participated as a community partner in the Breast Cancer Awareness walk held at Anacostia Park. We distributed 100 gift bags to participants and survivors. The event allowed us to connect with local organizations, raise awareness about our mission, and show support for those affected by breast cancer. It also strengthened Williams & Family visibility and partnerships within the community.

WFCO is preparing to serve Thanksgiving meals to 175 men at the Emery Shelter in Washington, DC. This holiday season, we’re spreading love, hope, and compassion by ensuring everyone feels cared for and remembered. Our team and volunteers will come together to serve warm meals and share words of encouragement.

Hoodies for Hope is a community outreach initiative led by Williams & Family Community Outreach to provide warm hoodies and coats to children, teens, and adults in need during the colder months. Through the support of generous donors and community partners, this drive helps individuals experiencing hardship stay warm, safe, and protected from harsh winter conditions. Every hoodie donated represents comfort, dignity, and hope for someone in our community.
